This Booklet “Diabetes – Getting Started – Taking Control” was originally prepared by the Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital. The Diabetes Team at the Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital kindly agreed that the Capacity for Local Partnerships Initiative Working Group could use the booklet and edit it to update information and make it relevant to the Mackay region.
